What is the difference between 'Standard Shipping' vs. 'Expedited Parcel'?
If you are shipping to Canada or United States: Standard shipping is still a great option, however, BEWARE as this means you won't be provided with tracking or delivery details and confirmation. If you like a little risk and uncertainty in your life/hate pricey shipping fees, then great!
On the contrary, if you select the 'Expedited Parcel' shipping option, you will receive a guaranteed delivery date (usually within 7-14 business days for domestic parcels), liability coverage, tracking, and delivery details. It is a much safer and more reliable option. If you have a tighter deadline and enjoy keeping tabs on your packages, this is a great option for you.
If you are shipping outside Canada: The cost of shipping will depend on where the package will be shipped to and calculated at checkout.
I'm an exotic international shopper. Where do you ship?
I can ship my stuff all over the dang globe! As much as I personally HATE paying/asking people to pay for shipping fees, I’m afraid being somewhere so far comes with a price... to both of us I guess...
Please keep in mind that every country has different policies with custom fees that you may be responsible for. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, make sure to research your country’s import tax, duty, and handling fees before purchasing anything. I’m afraid this is outta my control.
For international shipments: According to Canada Post, “Some international postal operators have suspended mail operations and there is less air transportation available”. Please research your country’s current operations and anticipate delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I will ensure your order is processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receiving it. According to Canada Post, it can take 7-14 business days to ship within Canada, and anywhere from 2- 3 weeks elsewhere. If you have ordered apparel you will be provided with a tracking number. Canadian shoppers will be provided with a tracking number if you select the "Expedited Parcel" option. I’d love to have a specific answer to this question but… I do not. It’s difficult to predict exactly when you’ll receive your parcel especially due to COVID-19 AND the upcoming holiday season. Please keep this in mind!

How will my prints be shipped?
To avoid any damage during transport, prints are shipped in a flat rigid mailer, packaged with a protective sleeve, and a cardstock backing for extra protection. To reduce waste, multiple items will be packaged in the same sleeve. If that doesn’t sit well with you, please contact me.
What if something is wrong with my order?
YIKES. Well, not to worry - we will get to the bottom of it! If you experience any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. Depending on the problem, I may require photo evidence to submit a claim to the manufacturer/insurance, so please be prepared to provide this!
What is your return & exchange policy?
I accept returns/exchanges for paper products such as prints, stickers, posters, and cards within 30 days of the original purchase date with a receipt and will provide you with a refund (minus the cost of shipping).
If there are any manufacturing issues (i.e misprints/damages/defects), please contact me immediately as I will have to submit a claim directly to the manufacturer. Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks after you have received your order so it is crucial you get in touch to ensure your order is successfully fulfilled. Please be prepared to provide photo evidence of any defects to enable me to quickly submit a claim to the manufacturer.
Please note I am unable to do returns/exchanges for any other reason than manufacturing discrepancies. I appreciate your understanding!
