YOUR ORDER:

Once I receive your custom order form (see Step 2), you will be sent an order confirmation email along with additional details and an attached invoice. You will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront via Interac e-transfer.

PROCESSING TIMES: 

​

Please allow your finished piece to take up to 2 weeks to complete within 24 hours of obtaining your deposit. Once I receive your order form, I will follow up with a specific timeline. You have the option to indicate a deadline in the order form and I will try my very best to satisfy this request. Please keep in mind processing times can increase with respect to requested revisions. This does not account for shipping times.

REVISIONS: 

​

I know this whole process can be kind of strange and intimidating BUT, my priority is to produce a piece of art you are stoked about. 

​

If you imagine you'll want to be more involved in the design process, I am happy to offer the option of emailing you 3 ‘progress sketches’ for an additional $50. This way, you can review the illustration and request minor adjustments before the final piece is completed. If you prefer this method, you have the choice to select this option in the order form. Please be aware that this process will require a longer processing time. Please note additional revisions are subject to associated fees.

If you prefer surprises and you're happy receiving your commission as a final finished product (with no progress sketches), I will email you a (low-res) digital file for your approval. You will still have the opportunity to request 2 free minor revisions at this point (i.e change background colours, make subject larger/smaller).

At the end of the day, I want you to love your commissioned artwork! We will work together to make this happen.

THE FINAL PIECE:

​

The final artwork will be printed on 8.5 x 11” Giclée 230 g/m² premium matte paper using high-quality archival inks.

Prints are shipped in a flat rigid mailer, packaged with a protective sleeve and a cardstock backing for extra protection. Shipping fees will be applied after you indicate your preferred method of shipping at the final stage of our transaction (fees start at $3.50).
